Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A) The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In Repairs And Renovations Of Roads Managed By Zdmk In Krakow And Areas Belonging To The Municipality Of Krakow In The Field Of Road Infrastructure - Area 2 Part. Ii Podgórze Covering Districts Xi, Xii And Xiii. B) The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Maintenance And Repair Works Consisting In The Ongoing Removal Of Damage On Roads Resulting From Their Operation, Accidents, Failures, Etc. In The Scope Of: - Roadways, Squares, Sidewalks, Bicycle Paths, Parking Spaces, Roadsides, - Roadside Ditches Draining Roads, Sewage Grates And Sewers, Curbs, Curbside Sewage, Linear Drainage Elements, 2) Works Renovation Works On Roads Aimed At Raising Their Standard And Preventing Their Degradation. 3) Works Related To The Construction And Reconstruction Of Roads, Including Obtaining Appropriate Arrangements And Permits And Developing Appropriate Design Documentation, If Necessary. C) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order With The Following Attachments: - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, - Technical Specifications Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, - Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, - List Of Roads Constituting Annex No. 16 To The Swz. The Detailed Type Of Ordered Works Is Specified In The Bills Of Quantities Containing The Expected Amounts Of Planned Works (The Quantities Of Works Given In The Bills Of Quantities Are Indicative And May Be Increased Or Decreased Depending On The Actual Needs Identified In The Field). D) Required Warranty Period (In Accordance With § 10 Section 1 Of The Ppu): - 12 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of Works Covered By A Single Order - For Maintenance Works And Partial Renovations As Well As Intervention Works, Including Thin-Layer Reconstruction Of Horizontal Markings. - Minimum 24 Months, Maximum 48 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of Works Covered By A Single Order - For Other Works And Built-In Materials. (Offers With A Warranty Period Of Less Than 24 Months Will Be Rejected). - 60 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of Works Covered By A Single Order - For Works And Incorporated Materials Related To The Renovation Or Reconstruction Of A Road When The Standard Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Subgrade Is Achieved And A Specific Surface Structure Is Used.
