Tenders are invited for Enlistment of Consultancy Services for the Development of Guidelines on Export Products under Preferential Trade Agreements and Capacity Building on Trade Protocols for the Staff of the Trade Division, Ministry of Commerce. 1. The Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Protection is proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential Consultants of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius to submit their proposals through the Government eProcurement System for the Enlistment of Consultancy Services for the Development of Guidelines on Export Products under Preferential Trade Agreements and Capacity Building on Trade Protocols for the Staff of the Trade Division, Ministry of Commerce. 2. Request for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: COMMERCE/IFB/2025/431. 3. Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System as per Key Activity Schedule on the e-Procurement System. 4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as per time set in the Key Activity Schedule on the e-Procurement System 5. Proposals received will be opened online in the presence of the Consultants representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder as per time set out in the Key Activity Schedule: Conference Room, Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Protection, 1st Floor, Wall Street, SICOM Tower, Ebène 6.
