Tenders are invited for Drilling of Boreholes. 1. The Ministry of Energy and Public Utilities, Water Resources Commission is inviting eligible and qualified national bidders to submit their bids through the Government e-Procurement System for the procurement of Drilling of Boreholes. The Works consist of drilling seven (7) boreholes in the region of Mon Loisir (Endemika), Petite Retraite, Esperance Trebuchet, Trianon, Belle Rose Clementia, Mon Desert Mon Tresor and Les Marres as morefully described in the bidding documents. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: PUBLICUTILITIES/IFB/2026/461 3. Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System at latest as per Key Activity Schedule. 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as per Key Activity Schedule. 5. The bid validity period shall be ninety (90) days from the date of bid submission deadline as per Key Activity Schedule. 6. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder as per key activity schedule. Clarifications may be requested not later than 14 days before the bid submission date. The employer will reply to all queries online not later than seven (7) days prior to the bid submission date. 8. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled on 11 May 2026 at 9.30 hrs. The venue shall be the Conference Room, Water Resources Commission, Level 3, Royal Commercial Complex, St Ignace Street, Rose-Hill, Republic of Mauritius. This will be followed by a site visit. Bidders are requested to arrange their own means of transport preferably by 4x4 vehicle. 9. The Ministry of Energy and Public Utilities, Water Resources Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
