Tenders are invited for supply of agricultural production inputs for the Local Seeds Forum The Gaza Urban and Peri-Urban Agriculture Platform (GUPAP) announces a sealed-bid tender for the supply of agricultural production inputs for the Local Seeds Forum under the project: "Seeds of Resilience: Strengthening the Resilience of Urban Family Farmers in Gaza through local seed preservation and protection initiatives," in partnership with Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung. Qualified and interested companies, duly registered with official authorities, are invited to visit GUPAPs office located at: Gaza City Al-Rimal Al-Shuhada Street Saqallah Building 2nd Floor The company must be officially registered and have relevant experience in the required field. Prices must be quoted in ILS and include VAT. The supplier must provide an official tax invoice and withholding tax certificate; otherwise, GUPAP reserves the right to apply applicable Palestinian tax regulations. Prices must remain valid for at least 60 days from the submission date. Bids must be submitted to GUPAPs office; late submissions will not be considered. Delivery must be completed within 15 days from contract signing or issuance of the purchase order. Payment will be made via bank transfer after delivery and completion of all required procedures. Bid envelopes will be opened at the closing time in the presence of interested bidders representatives. The awarded supplier shall bear all costs related to the tender announcement. GUPAP is not obligated to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept or reject any offer or cancel the tender without justification. The tender may be awarded in parts.
