Quotation are invited for Media Production Services Framework Agreement (One Year) Collecting High-Quality Photos (Photography Cost Only) Collecting Raw Videos (rushes/ interviews) Collecting Raw Videos (rushes/ interviews) Collecting Photography and raw videos (rushes & interviews) Collecting Photography and raw videos (rushes & interviews) Prices are in ILS based on zero VAT invoices and all costs of fees incurred including customs, transport, and delivery. The goods should be compatible with the specifications attached. The submitted prices shall remain valid for a period of ninety (60) days from the date of submission. Upon contract award, the agreed prices shall remain fixed and binding for the entire duration of the one-year contract. Suppliers are required to provide a valid Tax Deduction at Source Certificate for all invoices exceeding ILS 2500. If not provided, 10% of the invoice value will be deducted and remitted to the Palestinian Income Tax Authority. MAP is not bound by the lowest price without providing reasons. MAP has the right to increase or decrease the quantity requested for one or more of the items included in this invitation by 100% of the original quantity without modifying the unit price or terms of supply, noting that the offer is divisible. Fixed Price: The prices indicated below are fixed and are not subject to any change or modification during the contract implementation period. Quotations may be re-invited if they do not meet the required conditions. MAP has the right to cancel, postpone or extend the tender, and has the right to split the bid to more than one supplier Interested suppliers are invited to submit their offers stamped and signed no later than 07th May-2026 @ 12:00 pm to MAP procurement department by email below.
