Task No. 1 – Ul. Daszyńskiego 3/2, Ul. Jaracza 34/9, Ul. Kolejowa 36/1. The Subject Of The Order In Each Task Is Divided Into 2 Stages: 1) Guaranteed Stage, Which Includes, Among Others: A) Bricklaying And Plastering, Flooring, Carpentry, Cladding And Painting Works, B) Works In The Field Of Sanitary Installations With The Necessary Replacement Of Equipment, C) Works In The Field Of Electrical Installations With The Necessary Replacement Equipment, D) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation For Each Residential Premises To The Extent Specified In § 4 Section 1 Point 19) Of The Contract Template, 2) The Stage Covered By The Option Law, In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, Includes The Installation Of Ventilation Ducts In The Event Of A Finding (Chimney Sweepers Opinion) Of Lack Of Ventilation In A Given Premises And The Need To Install It.
