The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works For The Modernization Of The 15Ky/0.4Ky Transformer Station, Including The Replacement Of The Transformer And The Modernization Of The Rgnn Low-Voltage Switchgear And The Construction Of A Reserve Power Supply For The Farmacja Building Complex At Al. Gen. Józef Haller, Medical University Of Gdańsk.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Material Scope Are Set Out In Annex No. 3 To These Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Documentation Are Only Auxiliary And Do Not Constitute The Basis For Calculating The Value Of The Offer.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Basic Order - Includes All Points Of This Functional And Utility Program, Excluding The Construction Of A Power Generator And The Necessary Accompanying Works. In The Basic Order, The Rgnn Field Should Be Prepared And Equipped With The Necessary Devices To Connect The Selected Generator. Possibility Of Manual Work. If There Is No Construction Of A Generator, A Field Should Be Provided In The Rg For Connecting An External Generator. B) Order Covered By An Option - Design Together With The Construction Of A Power Generator, As Well As The Necessary Accompanying Works Required For Proper And Safe Operation. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Part Of The Order Defined As An Option Is An Entitlement, Not An Obligation, Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party May Not Use The Option Or Use It To A Lesser Extent If Funds Are Not Allocated For This Purpose, But The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect.4. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Performance Of Obligations Relating To This Order And The Payment Schedule Are Included In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
