The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Supporting Structure With A Complete Photovoltaic Micro-Installation And A Two-Station Charging Station For Electric Vehicles Located In Świdnik At Al. Lotników Polskich 5, Dz. Nr Ewid. 142/2 I 147/6 Obręb 0001 – Miasto Świdnik. The Entire Project Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Attached Construction And Executive Designs, Including The Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Electrical Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Construction Permit No. 69/2025 Of March 14, 2025. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Delivery Of The Required Photovoltaic Installation Devices And Electric Car Chargers; 2) Performance Of The Necessary Construction And Assembly Works, In Particular: 1. Montaż Konstrukcji Wsporczej Pod Moduły Fotowoltaiczne;2. Installation Of Pv Installation;3. Montaż Wymaganych Rozdzielnic Z Wyposażeniem;4. Wykonanie Okablowania Oraz Ułożenie Kabla Ac Pomiędzy Konstrukcją Wsporczą A Złączem Kablowym Główną;5. Grounding; 6. Installation Of A Two-Station Electric Car Charger;7. Installation And Configuration Of Devices;8. Launching Installation Monitoring;9. Restoring The Area Where The Works Were Carried Out To Its Original Condition;10. Performing The Required Tests And Checks, As-Built Documentation, Staff Training In The Use Of Devices;11. Performing And Delivering Post-Construction Geodetic Measurements (Inventory) With A Statement From The District Office On Admission To The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource.3) Reporting The Completed Installation To The Local State Fire Service Unit;4) Preparing The Required Documents In Order To Properly Report The Constructed Pv Installation To The Local Distribution System Operator (Pzl Świdnik);5) Preparing The Installation For Operation;6) All Works And Activities Not Mentioned, But Necessary For Execution, Commissioning And Connection To The Network Distribution Of The Ordering Party And The Operator.
