1. The Order Involves The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Addition Of A Passenger Lift With An Electric Drive To The External Wall Of A Public Building At Ul. Kościuszki 18 In Sopot; Plot No. 66/2, District 0001. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Execution Of All Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Constituting Annex No. 2 To This Contract, And All Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And Put The Facility Into Use. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Reconstruction Of The Heat Pipeline.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Extension Of A Passenger Lift With An Electric Drive At The External Wall Of A Public Building At Ul. Kościuszki 18: A) Construction Works;B) Delivery And Assembly Of A Crane With An Electric Drive;C) Electrical Works (Construction Of The Crane Power Supply, Heating Mats, Lighting Installation);D) Sanitary Works (Reconstruction Of Intake And Exhaust Ducts From The Ventilation Unit Located In The Basement Of The Building, Reconstruction Of A Fragment Of The Central Heating Installation, Reconstruction Of The Connection Of External Rainwater Drainage To A Well); Note: The Subject Of The Order Is Excluded Is The Reconstruction Of The Heat Pipeline.4. Carrying Out Other Works And Activities Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order And Put The Building Into Use, Including, If Necessary, Lining The Walls Of Excavations, Drainage Of Excavations, Carrying Out Assembly And Workshop Designs, Which The Contractor Will Carry Out With His Own Efforts And At His Own Expense, And Preparing As-Built Documentation.5. The Subject Of The Contract Is Reimbursed Under The Agreement No. Wrr/000466/11/D Of November 28, 2025 For Advance Funding Under The Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii In Area B. The Project Is Being Implemented Under The Name: Liquidation Of Barriers In The Building Of The Sopot City Hall At Ul. Kościuszki 18 In The Scope Of Enabling People With Disabilities To Move.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Project In Accordance With The Standards Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Investment And Development Of March 4, 2019 On Standards Regarding The Spatial Development Of The Building And Its Surroundings, Construction Technology And Technical Equipment Of The Building And The Location Of Projects Implemented With The Use Of Financial Support From The Subsidy Fund (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 457, As Amended). Points 1 And 4 Of The Regulation Do Not Apply To The Planned Investment. The Contractor Is Required To Sign A Declaration Confirming That The Work Has Been Performed In Accordance With The Above. Regulation.7. The Works Will Be Performed On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party And In Accordance With Additional Requirements
