1) The Subject Of Part No. 1 Of The Order Is The Expansion Of District Road No. 1837C On The Section Of The Streets: Nowe Osiedle, Freta, Kościelna, Rynek, Kościuszki, 11 Listopada, 3 Maja In Msc. Górzno - (Stage 1 - From Km 0 + 527 To Km 1 + 287).2) The Description And Scope Of Construction Works For The Expansion Of The District Road Are Specified In The Design Studies Entitled Expansion Of The District Road No. 1837C On The Section Of The Streets: Nowe Osiedle, Freta, Kościelna, Rynek, Kościuszki, 11 Listopada, 3 Maja In The City Of Górzno For The Road Industry, Sanitary Industry (In Terms Of Rainwater Drainage), Telecommunications Industry, Energy Industry (In Terms Of Road Lighting). This Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Works Constituting Stage 1 Of The Investment, I.E. From Km 0 + 527 To Km 1 + 287 Of The Mileage Specified In The Construction Designs Of The Above-Mentioned Industries. Attention!!! The Reconstruction Of Energy Infrastructure Conflicts Occurring In Górzno Will Be Carried Out By Energa Operator S.A. Based On A Separate Order. The Scope Of These Works Is Excluded From The Scope Of This Order. (Note! Bills Of Quantities Constitute Only An Information Basis In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Xix. Description Of The Price Calculation Method).3) Carrying Out Construction Works Under Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Coordinated With Construction Works Constituting Part 2 Of The Subject Of The Contract, Due To Their Technological And Organizational Interconnection. The Investment Will Be Carried Out In Parallel With The Reconstruction Of The Sewage And Water Supply Networks. The Contractor Of Part 1 Is Obliged To Coordinate The Works On An Ongoing Basis And Agree On The Work Schedule With The Contractor Of Part 2 In Such A Way As To Ensure Efficient And Timely Implementation Of The Investment And Eliminate The Risk Of Conflict Of Works And Downtime. The Work Schedule For Part 1 Must Take Into Account The Coordination Of Works On The Construction Site With The Works Carried Out Under Part 2, And Its Final Version Requires Approval By The Employer. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Work In Accordance With The Approved Schedule. 4) The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of This Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 2) Attached To The Swz, Including In Accordance With The Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Conditions Resulting From Applicable Standards, Technical Regulations And Construction Law. 5) The Construction Project Constituting Part No. The So-Called Zrid Decision.6) It Is Recommended That Contractors Make A Local Visit To The Area Where The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Implemented In Order To Assess The Documents And Information Provided As Part Of This Part Of The Procedure.
