The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Renovation Of A Municipal Road With A Thin Cold Layer Of A Mineral-Emulsion Mixture Of The Slurry Seal Type On The Sroki - Zalesie Małe Section2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Bill Of Quantities And A Site Map As Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of An Overview Map And Offer Cost Estimates Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz3. The Ordering Party Stipulates That When Describing The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Article 101(1)(2) And (3) Of The Act Allow For Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent Even If There Is No Mention In The Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement. Such Indication Shall Be Accompanied By The Word: Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Will Consider The Product To Be Equivalent If It Has The Same Or Better Quality Parameters Than Those Described In The Swz, And Its Use Will Not Negatively Affect The Proper Functioning/Use Of The Product In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party And Will Not Result In Additional Costs Arising From Their Use.5. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Guarantee Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Incorporated Into The Content Of This Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Non-Price Criteria For Evaluating Offers.
