1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Two Police Cars For The City Guard.2. The Offered Cars Must Be Brand New, I.E. Unused, Undamaged, Not Subject To Prior Registration, With A Mileage Not Exceeding That Resulting From The Need For Its Transport And Preparation For Collection, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Including Design, Material And Workmanship Defects. Year Of Car Production – 2026. Body Color – Metallic Silver. Cars With A Permissible Total Weight Not Exceeding 3.5 Tons. Each Car Must Be Marked As A Police Car And Equipped With Light And Sound Signals. The Maximum Mileage Of Each Car Is 50 Km.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Swz.4. The Contractor Will Provide: 1) A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Components Of The Vehicle (Without Mileage Limit), 2) A Minimum 12-Year Warranty Against Body Perforation, 3) A Minimum 36-Month Warranty For The Paint Coating, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Handover Protocol Without Any Reservations.5. The Contractor Must Have The Manufacturers Authorization To Sell The Offered Car.6. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Provide Authorized Service In The City Of Białystok.7. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And Risk, To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Białystok At Ul. Component 11.8. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Collected At The Ordering Partys Office After Prior Written Notification To The Ordering Party About The Preparation For Collection Of Both Vehicles.9. Confirmation Of The Issuance Of The Subject Of The Order By The Contractor And Its Receipt By The Ordering Party Will Be A Delivery And Acceptance Protocol, Separate For Each Vehicle, Signed Without Reservations By Representatives Of Both Parties.10. On The Day Of Handing Over The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Documentation Prepared In Polish, Including: 1) Approval Certificate And A Set Of Documents Required For Its Registration In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, 2) Warranty Book, 3) Service Inspection Book, 4) Vehicle Operation Manual, 5) Conditions Of Granting Warranty, 6) List Of Equipment, 7) List (Name And Address) Of Authorized Service Stations In The City Of Białystok. Separately For Each Of The Vehicles.11. The Contractor Will Conduct Free Training In The Operation And Use Of Vehicles With A Person Selected By The Ordering Party, Including: Rules For Using Devices In The Vehicle, Rules For Performing Daily Maintenance And Planned Warranty Inspections, By The End Of The Contract At A Place Agreed With The Ordering Party.12. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
