1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Street Lighting In The Wola Krzysztoporska Commune, Consisting Of The Delivery And Installation Of Street Lighting Fixtures. As Part Of The Order, 355 Existing Street Lighting Fixtures Should Be Dismantled In Part Of The Town In The Wola Krzysztoporska Commune And Install 355 Brand New Led Fixtures Equipped With An Intelligent Remote Control System. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Łódź Under The Priority Program Eko Lantern - Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Outdoor Lighting Systems - Edition 2025.1.1. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Ordering Partys Guidelines - Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) With Attachments - Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Bill Of Quantities (Attached As An Aid) 1.2. The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Order Documentation, Including Swz And Annexes, The Ordering Partys Guidelines And The Description Of The Subject Matter Orders. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order. 2.
