The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Provision Of Comprehensive Laundry Services To The Ordering Party In The Field Of Washing And Disinfection, Drying And Processing (Ironing, Ironing, Mending) Of Flat Hospital Underwear, Bed Linen, Surgical Clothes, Work Clothes, Mops, Patients Clothes, Duvets, Pillows And Other Assortment - Owned By The Ordering Party And Linen Rented In The Contractors Laundry, B) Provision For Rental Of Hospital Linen Prepared For The Ordering Party, Prepared With Cleaning And Cleaning-Disinfecting Agents In The Range And Estimated Quantities Specified By The Ordering Party, Using The Uhf Rfid System For Electronic Recording Of The Circulation Of Rented Linen, C) Providing The Ordering Party With Transport Services With Loading And Unloading, Own Transport And At The Contractors Expense, Of The Ordering Partys Own And Rented Dirty Linen, From The Ordering Partys Warehouses To The Contractors Registered Office (To The Place Of Performance Of The Service) And The Ordering Partys Own Clean Linen And Rented From The Contractors Premises (From The Place Of Service Performance) To The Ordering Partys Warehouses, D) Implementation Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract In Two Of The Ordering Partys Linen Warehouses At Ul. Starowiejska 15 And Bema 22, An Rfid Uhf System Enabling Contactless Identification And Recording Of Hospital Linen Rented And The Ordering Partys Own, Washed From Individual Departments, Also Enabling Contactless Counting And Recording Of Dirty/Contaminated Linen, E) Equipping The Ordering Partys Two Warehouses With Devices And Software Necessary To Operate Rfid Uhf Technology And Other Devices Necessary For The Correct Settlement Of Transferred And Collected Laundry.
