Tenders Are Invited For D/35/2026 Purchase And Delivery Of Elbow Dispensers For Retrofitting Exercise Rooms At The Faculty Of Health Sciences Of The University Of Opole
1. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Relation To Lot No. 1 Is Attached As Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.3. As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor, The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Perform The Subject Of The Order, Including: To Deliver And Bring In The Complete Subject Of The Order (With The Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz Of The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party Within The Time Specified In The Contractors Offer, I.E. The Offer Form In Item: Date Of Completion Of The Subject Of The Order. For The Delivered Subject Of The Order, It Is Required To Provide A Set Of Assembly Materials To Hang The Subject Of The Order On The Wall. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Them Assurance As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer.4. The Contractor Must Offer The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Wswz And The Annexes And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order With The Offer.5. The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With The Relevant Standards And Have The Required Marketing Authorizations And Certificates (Including Ce Standards In Terms Of Safety). Distribution Channel, Efficient, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials) And In Accordance With Opz.6. Warranty: The Contractor Provides A 12-Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order. The Warranty Period Indicated In The Previous Sentence Is The Minimum Period. The Contractor May Include A Longer Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Of The Order, But Not Longer Than 36 Months Point 19.2.3 Of The Swz Applies. 9. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract Is 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract
