The Subject Of The Contract Is: - Making A 1:1 Model Of A Home Army Soldier With A Tree - Making A 1:1 Model Of A Soldier Of The Peasant Battalions With A Tree - Making A 1:1 Model Of A Scout With A Tree - Making A 1:1 Model Of 3 Trees - Bronze Casting Of Figures And Trees - Making A Platform For The Monument From Concrete Slabs - Purchasing And Installing 4 Ground Floodlights. The Scope Of The Service Includes, Among Others: 1) Making An Implementation (Casting) Model Of A Sculpture Of A Monument On A Scale Of 1:1 In Plasticine, Based On The Sculpture Pattern Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz By The Sculptor Michał Pronobis; 2) Making A Silicon Bronze Casting Using The Lost Wax Method Bk331 According To The Pn - En 10204 Standard 3.1 A Sculpture Of A Monument Based On The Made The Model Referred To In Point 1). The Bronze Casting Should Be Made Based On The Above-Mentioned Model On A Scale Of 1:1. Along With Finishing The Casting (Removing Imperfections And Unevenness, Polishing And Giving The Appropriate Shape). Permissible Wall Thickness Of The Casting Is From 4 Mm To 5 Mm, Excluding Places Most Exposed To Loads And Pressures, Including In Narrowings. The General Dimensions Of The Casting Model Are: - Model Of A Soldier Of The Home Army, Height  2.10 M, Tree  2.80 M - Model Of A Soldier Of The Peasant Battalions, Height  1.90 M, Tree  2.80 M - Model Of A Scout, Height  1.60 M, Tree  2.50 M - Models Of 3 Trees, Height  2.45 M, 2.60 M And 2.1 M - Letters Hello And Glory To The Heroes Height  15 Cm The Approximate Size Of The Casting Area Is Approximately 20 M2. Work Related To The Production Of Models And Castings Should Be Carried Out Under The Supervision Of A Sculptor Indicated By The Ordering Party, Hereinafter Referred To As The Author Of The Sculpture. They Should Be Divided Into Elements Enabling The Production Of Molds That Will Be Used To Make Bk33 Silicon Bronze Castings. The Contractor May Use Any Method Of Making Molds And Castings, Provided That The Method Is Previously Approved By The Author Of The Sculpture. The Wall Thickness Of The Castings Should Be From 4 To 6 Mm. The Sculptures Need To Be Reinforced With Stainless Steel Reinforcement, And The Feet Need To Be Provided With Sleeves For Anchor Bolts That Will Be Anchored To The Foundation During Installation. The Casts Made Should Be Assessed By The Author Of The Sculpture Before Welding The Figures And The Model, And Corrections Should Be Made To Them According To The Authors Instructions. Welding Figures From Parts, Removing Outflows And Carving Must Be Done With The Direct Participation Of The Author Of The Sculpture. The Author Should Be Provided With The Possibility Of Uninterrupted Supervision Over The Process Of Merging And Final Production Of The Sculptures, And, At His Request, The Possibility Of Personally Carrying Out Any Work In This Area.
