The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Classrooms And Corridors In The Building Of The Primary School. Polish Olympians In Białołęka Commune Pęcław, As Well As The Development Of The Area Around The Facility. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Renovation Of Classrooms And The Gymnasium (Repair And Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, Replacement Or Renovation Of Floors, Modernization Of Lighting), • Renovation Of Corridors (Repair And Painting Of Walls, Replacement Or Repair Of Floors, Improvement Of The Aesthetics And Functionality Of Communication Routes), • Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities (Replacement Of Wall And Floor Coverings, Sanitary Fittings, Modernization Of Water And Sewage Installations And Equipment) • Execution Accompanying Works, Including Securing The Work Site And Waste Removal And Disposal, • Development Of The Area Around The School, Including Tidying Up The Area, Replacing Old Elements Of The Playground, Liquidating The Asphalt Sports Field And Replacing The Fence. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To The Procedure Documentation. The Works Will Be Carried Out On Plots No. 80; 78/1; 79/2 In Rev. Białołęka, Owned By The Pęcław Commune. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The School Premises And Its Surroundings, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Appropriately Secure The Work Site And Limit The Nuisance To The Users Of The Facility. All Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Construction Law, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials Approved For Trading And Use In Construction. The Contractor Will Provide Work Management In The Required Industries.
