Part 1 Training For Teachers Of The 1St Secondary School And Sosw: Anti-Discrimination Training Objective Of The Training: The Aim Of The Training Is To Support And Expand The Knowledge And Competences Of The Teaching Staff Of The Secondary School In Radzyń Podlaski And The Special Educational And Educational Center. Z. Sękowska In Radzyń Podlaski In The Field Of Issues Related To Counteracting Discrimination And Shaping Attitudes Based On Tolerance, Respect And Openness To Diversity. The Training Aims To Deepen Teachers Awareness Of The Mechanisms Behind The Formation Of Stereotypes, Prejudices And Radical Attitudes, As Well As The Impact Of Disinformation On The Attitudes And Behaviors Of Young People. Training Participants Will Gain Knowledge On How To Recognize Manifestations Of Discrimination, Hate Speech, Violence And Aggression In The School Environment, Both In Direct Peer Relationships And On The Internet. Particular Emphasis Will Be Placed On The Prevention Of Aggressive Behavior And On Effective, Situation-Appropriate Ways Of Responding To Phenomena That Violate Students Sense Of Security. The Training Will Support Teachers In Developing Educational And Intervention Skills Enabling The Creation Of A Safe, Supportive And Development-Friendly School Environment. The Acquired Knowledge And Tools Will Allow Participants To Consciously Counteract The Escalation Of Conflicts, Strengthen Pro-Social Attitudes Among Students And Build A Culture Of Dialogue And Responsibility In The School Community.1) Dimension: 32 Clock Hours For The Duration Of The Contract. In The School Year 2025/2026 And 2026/2027, There Will Be 1 Meeting For Each Of 4 Groups Of 5 People, 4 Hours Per Group. A Total Of 32 Hours Of Service Will Be Provided As Part Of The Service, Consisting Of 8 Meetings Of 4 Hours Each. 2) Groups: 4 Groups Of 5 People X 2 Meetings. The Contractor Will Provide Training To Each Of The 4 Groups In 2 Meetings (1 Meeting In The 2025/2026 School Year And 1 Meeting In The 2026/2027 School Year) Of 4 Hours Each (A Total Of 8 Hours For 1 Group, 32 Hours For 4 Groups).3) 4 Groups Have 1 Meeting In 1 School Year (For 20 People) 4 Hours + The Same 4 Groups - People Have 1 Meeting In The Next Year (For 20 People) Persons) 4 H In Total, 20 Teachers Will Be Covered By The Training Service, Including: 10 Teachers Of The 1St Secondary School In Radzyń Podlaski And 10 Teachers Of The Special Educational And Educational Center.
