1.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Service Of Supervision And Protection Of The Facility And People In The Sports And Entertainment Hall At Ul. Bema 73-89 In Toruń, Belonging To Toruńska Infrastruktura Sportowa.1.2. The Task Involves The Physical Protection Of Persons And Property By The Contractors Employees, In Particular In The Following Scope: 1) Protection Of The Facility And Devices Against Access By Unauthorized Persons; 2) Ensuring The Safety Of Persons On The Premises Of The Facility; 3) Protection Of Property Against Theft, Damage Or Destruction Along With The Disclosure Of Facts Of Devastation; 4) Preventing Disturbances Of Order On The Premises And Notifying An Authorized Employee Of The Client About Events Causing A Disturbance; 5) Notifying The Police About Criminal Acts Occurring On The Premises Of The Supervised Facility Or In Its Immediate Vicinity And Securing The Place Where They Were Committed Until The Police Arrive; 6) Constant Supervision Of The Bms System, Video Monitoring Of The Facility (Images From Internal And External Cameras), Fire Protection And Ventilation Control Panels And Systems, Access Control Systems And Burglary And Attack Detection Systems;7) Constant Supervision Of The Management Of Entrusted Keys And Access Control Cards According To The Arrangements And Recommendations Of The Client, As Well As Individual Organizational Solutions Of Individual Organizers Of Events In The Facility;8) Taking Actions Aimed At Preventing The Effects Of Failures In The Event Of A Failure Of The Power, Telephone, Water And Sewage, Ventilation And Central Heating And Air Conditioning Networks;9) Conducting Inspections Of The Security Of Rooms After Working Hours And On Non-Working Days;10) Cooperation In Performing Security Tasks With The Police, Municipal Guard, State Fire Service;11) Readiness To Help Hotel Guests With Accommodation, Check-Out, Etc.
