The Ordering Party Allows The Contractors Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Offering A Solution Equivalent To That Described In Point 1 Above, Is Obliged To Demonstrate (Prove) Equivalence In The Scope Of The Indicated Parameters, Which Must Be At A Level No Worse Than The Parameters Indicated By The Ordering Party - The Contractor Must Demonstrate (Prove) That The Proposed Solution Meets The Requirements Specified In The Request For Quotation To An Equivalent Extent, In Particular In Terms Of Parameters. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains Any References To A Specific Product, Source, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor - It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Has Provided Such A Description With An Indication Of The Type And Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers, In Particular With Technical, Functional, Functional And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
