Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Subscription To Graphic Software And Tools For The Implementation Of Work In The Field Of Graphic Creation And Processing, Divided Into Parts.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Subscriptions Enabling Access To The Canva Enterprise Website Or The Delivery Of Subscriptions Enabling Access To An Equivalent Website Containing Online Graphic Design Tools. 2. Number Of Required Subscriptions: 1) 32 Subscriptions Enabling Access To The Canva Enterprise Website Or Another Equivalent Website. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Is Divided Into 2 Stages And Includes: 1) Stage I: Delivery Of Subscriptions Enabling Access To The Canva Enterprise Website Or Equivalent For 25 Users For A Period 12 Months From The Date Of Launch, With The Launch Taking Place No Earlier Than May 6, 2026.2) Stage Ii: Delivery Of Subscriptions Enabling Access To The Canva Enterprise Or Equivalent Website For 7 Users And Connecting Them To The Account Established For The Ordering Party As Part Of Stage I For The Period From June 24, 2026 (I.E. From The Date Of Expiry Of The Applicable Canva Pro/Teams Subscriptions) Until The End Date Of 12 Monthly Period Of Validity Of The Subscriptions Purchased Under Stage I.4. Additionally, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Launch The Canva Enterprise Environment Or An Equivalent Environment, Ensuring Full Functionality Consistent With The Ordering Partys Requirements; 2) Assistance In Migrating User Data, Projects And Resources To The Canva Enterprise Environment Or An Equivalent Environment, Including: A) Transfer Or Creation Of User Accounts, B) Assistance In The Migration Of Users, Projects And Resources, Including The Transfer - If Technically Possible - Of All Projects, Materials, Files And Resources From The Website Currently Used By The Ordering Party (Canva Pro/Teams) To The New Canva Enterprise Environment Or To An Equivalent Environment, Along With The Reconstruction Of The Folder Structure, Permissions And Teams. 5. To Carry Out Work In The Field Of Creating And Designing Raster Graphics, Employees For Whom Licenses Are Purchased Use The Canva Website, Which Enables The Creation Of Online Graphic Designs. The Ordering Party Has Active Canva Pro/Teams Subscriptions Expiring: 1) May 6, 2026 - 23 Licenses, 2) June 24, 2026 - 7 Licenses. 6. It Is Allowed To Offer Products Equivalent To The Products Used By The Ordering Party. 7. Technical Requirements And Detailed Information, Including A Description Of The Conditions Of Equivalence, Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part I - Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 8. Detailed Terms Of The Order Execution Are Included In The Content Of The Essential Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting Annex No. 3A To The Swz.9.
