Subject: Delivery Of Computer Equipment For Laboratories For Students - Part No. 11. The Subject Of The Order Is The Equipment Of A Vocational Laboratory For Students Of The Secondary School Complex No. 1. Tadeusz Kościuszko In Tomaszów Mazowiecki, As Part Of The Project Entitled Bet On Qualifications No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0024/23 Implemented Under Priority 8. European Funds For Education And Personnel In The Łódź Province, Measure 8.8 Vocational Education Of The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Province 2021-2027, Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Social Fund Plus.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Assortment, Including Studio Equipment, Be Brought In And Unpacked By The Contractor On The Day Of Delivery. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Computer And Electronic Equipment, Multimedia Programs And Software Delivered As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Be Launched On The Day Of Their Delivery, The Software Installed, And The Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party Trained In Their Use. The Ordering Party Also Requires That The Delivered Assortment, Including Studio Equipment, Be Brought In, Unpacked And Fully Assembled By The Contractor On The Day Of Delivery. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree With The Ordering Party The Day And Time Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Taking Into Account The Ordering Partys Working Hours. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order In Person And To Participate In Its Unpacking In Order To Determine Any Damage Or Shortages In The Delivery. 6. Goods Delivered By The Contractor That Do Not Comply With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Considered Missing. 7. If It Is Found That The Contractor Has Delivered Damaged Goods Or Has Not Delivered Them, He Is Obliged To Deliver Them At His Own Expense On The Next Business Day To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party. 8. The Ordering Party Informs That The Supply Of Equipment Is Carried Out To An Educational Institution Within The Meaning Of The Act Of March 11, 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 361, As Amended), And The Subject Of The Order - Its Selected Components - Is Computer Equipment - Goods Listed In Annex No. 8 To The Act On Tax On Goods And Services. The Ordering Party Declares That The Contractor Selected In The Procedure Will Receive An Order Confirmed By The Authority Supervising The Educational Institution, In Accordance With Separate Regulations.9. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order.9.1. The Quality Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Starts From The Date Of Signing The Defect-Free Acceptance Protocol. 9.2. During The Quality Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair The Equipment Within Max. 14 Business Days From The Date Of Reporting The Defect/Failure By The Ordering Party.
