Tenders are invited for Obtaining Security Services. Interested qualified applicants may purchase a complete set of bid documents prepared in Sinhala language between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from 24.04.2026 until 11.05.2026 on submission of a written request upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rupees Five Thousand (Rs. 5,000.00) to the Shroff of this Department. Duly perfected sealed bids may either be sent by registered post addressed to "Chief Accountant, Land Title Settlement Department, Second Floor, No. 1200/6, "Mihikatha Medura", Rajamalwatta Road, Battaramulla" or deposited in the Bid Box kept in the Office of the Accountant (Procurement), Accounts Division, Second Floor of this department to receive at or before 10.00 a.m. on 12.05.2026. Bids will be closed at 10.00 a.m. on 12.05.2026 and the bids will be opened in the presence of the bid opening committee immediately after closing of bids.
