Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Electric Cable for Water Works Kandy Municipal Council The Kandy Municipal Council has issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) under reference number CPC/KMC/FD/S/PC02/2026/01/12 for the supply and delivery of electric cable for Water Works. Sealed bids are invited for this procurement, and bidders are required to provide manufacturer authorization and ISO certification. Preference will be given to products manufactured in Sri Lanka, and all cables must comply with BS 5467, BS 6346, and SLS 733:2016 standards. The bidding will be conducted under the National Competitive Bidding procedure, and qualification requirements are stipulated in the bidding document. Bid documents can be purchased upon submission of a written application to the Municipal Commissioner of Kandy Municipal Council between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from 29.04.2026 to 12.05.2026, upon payment of a nonrefundable fee. Bids must be delivered to the Municipal Commissioner, Kandy Municipal Council, on or before 10.30 a.m. on 13.05.2026, and late bids will be rejected.
