Tenders are invited for Procurement of a Mobile Security Vehicle Service for the Biyagama Export Processing Zone for a Period of Two Years The mobile security vehicle shall be diesel-driven, either a Double Cab, Crew Cab, or Jeep, registered after 31.12.2016, and suitable for security patrolling services within and around the Zone, including off-road and gravel paths, with an engine capacity of 2400 cc or above. The bidder may be an individual or a company that has registered the vehicle under their name, or a vehicle hiring company or a company that provides transport services. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding Process. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Senior Deputy Director (Zone Management), Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana (Tel No: 011 2465213 or 011 2465206 - 9 or Fax 011 2465227) and inspect the Bidding Documents at the same address from 27th April 2026 until 08th May 2026 between 09.00 hrs and 16.00 hrs during weekdays. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders on submission of a written application to the Senior Deputy Director (Zone Management), Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana from 27th April 2026 until 08th May 2026 between 09.00 hrs and 15.00 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500/= + SSCL + VAT. The method of payment will be by cash. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, C/o Senior Deputy Director (Zone Management), Zone Management Department, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana, may be sent either by registered post or may be deposited in the Tender Box kept in the Zone Management Department at or before 10.30 hrs on 11th May 2026. Please mark clearly on the envelope containing the bid "Procurement of a Mobile Security Vehicle Service for the Biyagama Export Processing Zone for a period of two years, and Contract No. BOI/BEPZ/ZM/2026/09." Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing time in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. All bids shall be valid up to 11th August 2026.
