Disposal or appropriate transfer to a licensed entity of (14) Berthold P 2608-100 sources containing up to 2.1 millicuries of Co-60 each. Ten of the sources are contained within Berthold LB300IRL Type II shielded devices. Disposal or transfer must be in accordance with applicable U.S. NRC or Agreement State regulations regarding the transfer or disposal of licensed radioactive materials.
