The Public Procurement Is For The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 4 Years. The Framework Agreement For Each Specific Position Will Be Concluded With The First 3 (Three) Potential Contractors Or Less, Depending On The Bids Submitted And Qualified Participants. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Activities To Clean Up The Construction Gauge From The Railway Infrastructure Grounds, Managed By The State Railways Of Railways, Under Specific Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Activities Of Cleaning The Construction Gauge From The Terrains Of The Railway Infrastructure In The Area Of The Stations. Separate Position No. 2: Activities On Cleaning The Construction Gauge From The Terrain Of The Railway Infrastructure In The Area Of ​​The Interstation. At The Moment, There Are 298 Railway Stations And 17 Substations In Bulgaria (A Total Of 315 Operating Points), Managed By The National Railway Infrastructure Company (Nri). Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement, The Main Activities Planned For Implementation For Each Of The Specific Positions Are: Removal Of Trees, Bushes And Pruning Of Branches; Cleanup Of Construction And Non-Hazardous Waste; Treatment Of Lawns With Herbicide In The Area Of ​​Stations And Between Stations; Other Activities The Complete Description Of The Contracting Authoritys Requirements Is Indicated In The Technical Specification, Appendix #1-1 And Appendix #1-2 Of The Public Procurement Documentation. ​
