Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Original Toners And Other Printing Consumables For Copiers And Printing Devices With Hp And Former Samsung Brands For The Needs Of The Road Infrastructure Agency

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Original Toners And Other Printing Consumables For Copiers And Printing Devices With Hp And Former Samsung Brands For The Needs Of The Road Infrastructure Agency, Described In The Technical Specification For The Execution Of The Order (Appendix A) To This Documentation. The Contracting Authority Pays The Actual Requested And Delivered Quantity Of Original Toners And Other Printing Consumables For Copiers And Printing Devices With Hp And Former Samsung Brands, And In This Regard Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Performance Of All Types Of Items Specified In The Technical Specification. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is For The Road Infrastructure Agency To Select A Contractor With Whom A Contract Will Be Concluded For The Delivery Of Original Toners And Other Printing Consumables For Copiers And Printing Devices With Hp And Former Samsung Brands. Original Toners And Other Printing Consumables Are Those That Are New, Unused, Non-Recycled In Original Packaging, With Intact Integrity, With Holograms, Codes, Serial Numbers And Are Produced By The Manufacturer Of The Relevant Brand Of Printing Equipment Or By Persons Authorized By Him, And When Used, The Warranty Of The Equipment Provided By The Manufacturer Is Preserved. Substitution With Compatible Consumables Is Not Permitted. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes A Description Of The Procurement Activities As Follows: A) Delivery Of The Items Subject To The Public Procurement Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution Of The Order (Appendix A) Of The Contracting Authority, As Requests For The Delivery Of Items Will Be Determined According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority, Periodically, During The Term Of The Contract Or Until The Financial Resource Is Exhausted; B) Removal Of Shortages, Inconsistencies, Deficiencies And Defects Of Articles, Including Replacement, In The Event Of An Established Warranty Defect; C) Export Of The Containers With The Spent Consumables Upon Delivery Of New Ones, Without Additional Costs For The Contracting Authority. D) All Other Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement.
