The Supplied Medical Equipment Must Be Factory New, Unused. The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment Is Carried Out At The Place Designated For This Purpose By The Contracting Authority, On The Territory Of Mbal-Knezha Eood. The Contractor Also Provides Training To The Staff Of The Employer In Working With The Equipment. All Costs - For The Delivery Of The Medical Equipment To The Contracting Authority, Installation, Commissioning, Training For Work, Warranty Maintenance, Which Includes The Spare Parts Inserted In The Warranty Period And Prevention, As Well As Other Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Public Procurement, Are At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Costs Also Include The Preparation Of The Necessary Documents (Projects, Measurement Protocols, Etc.) For Licensing The Equipment Before The Nuclear Regulatory Agency /Nra/. The Contractor Provides Warranty Service For The Delivered Equipment And Delivery Of The Necessary Parts And Materials For The Delivered Equipment Within The Warranty Period.
