The Contracting Authority Awards This Public Procurement For Separate Positions With Numbers No. 1 And No. 2 On The Basis Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 12 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 2 Of The Zop - Through A Public Competition Procedure. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 7 Of The Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Assigns The Implementation Of Separate Item No. 3 In The Order Valid For Its Individual Value (Directly According To Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Zop), Since Its Total Value Of Eur 2,500.00 Excluding Vat Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 Excluding Vat And The Estimated Value Of Item No. 3 Does Not Exceed Eur 5,166.66, Representing 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order.
