The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Delivery Of Decorative Vegetation For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv Under Specific Positions: Separate Item No. 1 - Delivery Of Deciduous Trees; Separate Item No. 2 - Delivery Of Conifers; Separate Item No. 3 - Delivery Of Ornamental Shrubs; Separate Item No. 4 - Delivery Of Decorative Grasses And Roses Through Periodic Deliveries, Made On The Basis Of Preliminary Requests From The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Its Specific Needs. Deliveries For All Specific Items Are Carried Out Periodically, Based On Written Requests From The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Technical Specification, And The Quantities Are Estimated And Requested Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Administrative Address Of Op Gardens And Parks: City Of Plovdiv, Dame Gruev Street No. 64A. Or To A Pre-Specified Object Within The City. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, Such As The Rights And Obligations Of The Employer And The Contractor, Are According To: Draft Contract; The Technical Specifications Of The Contracting Authority; The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Contractor. The Total Estimated Value Of The Order Is €110,000 Without Vat Or €132,000 Including Vat, Divided By Individual Items As Follows: Op No. 1 Supply Of Deciduous Trees - €41,583.32 Without Vat / €49,899.98 Including Vat; Op No. 2 Supply Of Conifers - €28,208.33 Excluding Vat / €33,850.00 Including Vat. Op No. 3 Delivery Of Ornamental Shrubs - €20,208.33 Without Vat / €24,250.00 With Vat Included. Op No. 4 Delivery Of Ornamental Grasses And Roses - €20,000.02 Excluding Vat / €24,000.02 Including Vat. Funding Source: The Funds Will Be Provided From The Budget Of The Op Gardens And Parks - Plovdiv. As Of The Opening Date Of This Public Procurement, The Financing Of The Procurement Has Not Been Secured. The Procedure Is Opened Under The Conditions Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code. The Execution Of The Contract Begins After Confirmation By The Contracting Authority Of Secured Financing And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee. The Term Of The Contract For Each Individual Item Is Until Its Maximum Value Is Reached, But For No More Than 12 (Twelve) Months, Counting From The Date Of Registration In The Contractors Record Keeping System - Whichever Of The Two Circumstances Occurs Earlier.
