The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 6 Separate Items, Which Contain Nomenclature Units - Medical Devices, Consumables And/Or Instruments, Representing Medical Devices In The Sense Of The Medical Devices Act. Participation For All Nomenclature Units Of A Single Heading Is Mandatory. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Procedure Code, 2 Summary Positions, Described In Detail In The Instructions, Have Been Submitted. Options For Extending The Contract Period Are Not Included For Them!!! The Total Value Of The Order Without Included Options Amounts To €397,354.11 Without Incl. Vat Representing The Sum Of The Estimated Values ​​Of 11 Separate Items Over A Twenty-Four Month Period. The Total Value Of The Order With Included Options Amounts To €496,692.64 Excl.
