The Required Quantities For Each Individual Item Are Detailed In Specific Requests On The Form Provided By Each Publisher, With The Total Value Of The Public Procurement Amounting To A Total Of 31,749.48 Euros Without Vat, Divided By Items As Follows: For Op No. 1 – 18,939.72 Euros Without Vat; For Op No. 2 – 7,756.21 Euros Without Vat; For Op No. 3 – 2,381.34 Euros Without Vat; For Op No. 4 – Eur 1,755.54 Excluding Vat And For Op No. 5 – Eur 916.67 Excluding Vat. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order More Than The Estimated Amount Of Knowledge Books, Textbooks, Study Sets And To Request Access To E-Readable Textbooks Depending On The Newly Admitted Students In The Academic Year 2026/2027. In The Event That There Is A Need To Deliver Additional Quantities Of Reference Books, Textbooks, Study Sets And To Provide Access To Electronically Readable Textbooks, With A View To Providing Additional Unforeseen Units, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Assign An Option For Additional Quantities By Concluding An Additional Agreement To The Public Procurement Contract, On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
