For Its Part, The San José Hospital Is A Network Self-Management Establishment, Functionally Deconcentrated, Whose Mission Is To Carry Out The Health Actions Entrusted To It. 2º That, By Affecta Resolution No. 44, Dated September 15, 2025, Dated October 7, 2025, The Call For Public Bidding Was Ordered And The Administrative, Technical, Economic Bases, Annexes And Contract Format For The Supply Of Supplies For Spine Specialty, With Use Of Engine And Instruments, For The Hospital San José, Published In The State Purchasing And Contracting Information And Management System On October 15, 2025, Under Id N°1549-172-Lr25. Then, By Exempt Resolution No. 4434, Of October 21, 2025, The Evaluation Commission Was Appointed. Subsequently, By Exempt Resolution No. 4743, Of November 7, 2025, The Answers To The Questions Asked By The Suppliers Were Approved. 3º That, Finally By Affecting Resolution No. 17, Dated March 13, 2026, Approved On April 6, 2026; Items Nos. 8, 11 And 13 Are Declared Void, Inadmissibility Of Offers That Indicate And Award Public Tender Id N°1549-172-Lr25, For The Supply Of Supplies For Spinal Specialty, With Use Of Motor And Instruments, For The San José Hospital. 4º That, Due To The Above, Item No. 11 Emergency Thoracolumbar Fixation (Factory Sterile) Was Declared Void, As No Offers Had Been Received, And Items No. 8 Neuromonitoring And No. 13 Cervical/Thoracic/Lumbar Vertebral Body Replacement, Since The Offers Presented Were Declared Inadmissible.
