The Aim Of This Assignment Is: • To Supply Appian Software Licenses That Are Necessary For Access To And Use Of The Riziv Applications, With The Understanding That The Contracting Authority Must Be Able To Renew And Adapt (Increase Or Decrease) The Number Of Licenses During The Execution Of The Assignment Depending On The Evolution Of Needs; • To Provide Regular It Consultancy Services Aimed At Providing Appian Expertise To The Inami Teams, In Particular For The Analysis And Resolution Of Technical Or Functional Problems Related To The Platform And Applications; • Provide Specialized It Emergency Support, Aimed At Addressing Incidents Or Malfunctions Of The Appian Platform That Require Rapid And Specialized Intervention.
