Nordværk Needs To Purchase Two Breakdown Machines, Which Are To Be Delivered To Nordværks Landfill In Rærup (Halsvej 70, 9310 Vodskov) And Nordværks Environmental Facility In Rønnovsdal (Rønnovsholmvej 154, 9800 Hjørring). Nordværks Requirements For The Future Supplier As Well As For The Cutting Machines Are Described In The Tender Material, Including In Particular The Document Requirements Specification. The Shredders Must Be Supplied With A Warranty For A Period Of Two Years Or 2000 Operating Hours (Whichever Comes First). The Contract Also Includes An Option To Purchase A Service Agreement As Well As An Option To Purchase An Extended Warranty Period Of Four Years Or 4000 Operating Hours (Depending On Which Comes First). The Contract Also Includes The Sale Of Nordværks Existing Cutting Machines. Relevant Information About These Cutting Machines Is Described In More Detail In The Document Appendix 2 - Nordværks Existing Cutting Machines. Other Contract Terms - Including, For Example, Delivery Time, Invoicing, Rights Of Default And The Like - Are Described In The Document Draft Contract. Nordværk Has Decided That The Contract Should Not Be Divided Into Partial Agreements. This Is Justified By The Fact That Nordværk Only Wants One Supplier As Far As The Supply Of Cutting Machines Is Concerned, So That The Administrative Resources And Costs Associated With Subsequent Contract Management Are Minimized.
