The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Multi-Discipline, Complete Construction Design And An Executive Design (Hereinafter Jointly Referred To As Documentation Or Design Documentation) For The Task Entitled: Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Faculty Of Jazz And Popular Music Of The Karol Szymanowski Academy Of Music In Katowice, Covering The Full Scope Of Design Work Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Including The Transfer Of Copyright To The Documentation And All Works Created Under The Agreement. The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including The Construction Law And Industry Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, And Must Take Into Account All Legal And Administrative Requirements Related To The Project, Including Obtaining All Necessary Permits, Consents And Administrative Decisions. The Order Will Be Implemented In A Competitive Dialogue Mode, Which Will Allow For A Detailed Discussion Of Various Variants Of Design Solutions With Potential Contractors And Optimization Of The Documentation In Terms Of Functionality, Technical And Costs, While Maintaining Full Transparency Of The Proceedings. 2. The Subject Of The Order Should Include The Phasing Of Works So That It Is Possible To Carry Out The Investment In Subsequent, Logically Separated Stages. Due To The Function Of The Facility, The Investment Is Planned To Be Implemented In Two Stages. For Each Stage, The Documentation Must Include All Necessary Elements Enabling The Execution Of The Works, Including The Development Of Construction And Executive Designs And Obtaining All Required Consents, Permits And Administrative Decisions, Including A Decision On A Building Permit, Necessary To Start And Carry Out The Works Of A Given Stage. Documentation Will Be Developed In Parallel For All Stages, Ensuring Consistency Of Design Solutions, The Possibility Of Optimal Planning Of The Work Schedule And Minimizing The Risk Of Delays Resulting From Waiting For Administrative Decisions. The Scope Of Work Necessary To Be Completed At A Given Stage Of The Investment Should Take Into Account The Possibility Of Putting Part Of The Facility Into Use, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Requirements Of The Relevant Construction Supervision Authority.
