The Purpose Of These Special Specifications Is To Award A Concession For The Installation And Operation Of 24 Press Sales Points In 20 Stations, As Mentioned In Article Iii.2 “Available Sites”. Through This Award Procedure, Sncb Wishes To Appoint A Concessionaire For The Operation Of 24 Press Sales Points On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement. In Addition To The Framework Agreement, A Separate Concession Contract Will Be Concluded For Each Press Point.
