Executive Type Bus Charter, With Minimum Capacity For 44 Passengers, Compulsorily Equipped With Fully Functioning Air Conditioning, Toilet, Reclining Seats, Seat Belts, And Other Safety Items Required By Current Traffic Legislation. The Vehicle Must Be Regularly Registered For Charter, Be Registered With Artesp, Have A Charter Authorization Term (Taf/Antt), When Applicable, And Have Passenger And Civil Liability Insurance, With Coverage Compatible With The Service. The Unit Value Per Kilometer Must Include All Direct And Indirect Costs Necessary To Execute The Service, Including, But Not Limited To: Fuel, Tolls, Preventative And Corrective Maintenance, Insurance, Labor Charges, Taxes, Driver Expenses (Daily Rates, Accommodation And Food, If Any), As Well As The Possible Remaining Of The Vehicle At The Availability Of The Contractor, As Demanded. Other Technical And Operational Conditions Are Described In The Terms Of Reference, Chartering A Minibus, With A Minimum Capacity For 28 Passengers, Mandatoryly Equipped With Fully Functioning Air Conditioning, Seats Suitable For Intercity/Interstate Transport, And Other Mandatory Items Provided For In Current Legislation. The Vehicle Must Be Regularly Authorized For Charter, Be Registered With Artesp, Taf/Antt, And Have Passenger And Civil Liability Insurance Compatible With The Service. The Unit Value Per Kilometer Must Cover All Costs Involved In Providing The Service, Including Fuel, Maintenance, Legal And Labor Charges, When Necessary) And Other Operating Costs. The Remaining Requirements Are Set Out In The Terms Of Reference., Chartering A Van-Type Minibus, With A Minimum Capacity For 18 Passengers, Equipped With Air Conditioning, Individual Seats, And All Safety Equipment Required By Traffic Legislation. The Vehicle Must Be Regularly Authorized For Charter, And Have Passenger And Civil Liability Insurance Compatible With The Service. The Unit Value Per Kilometer Must Include All Direct And Indirect Execution Costs, Labor And Tax Charges, As Well As Driver Expenses, When There Is A Need For Prolonged Travel Or Stay At The Event Location.
