The Object Of The Procurement Is The Calculation Work Contracts Related To Small Earthworks, For Which A Contract Offer Is Not Requested Separately. Civil Engineering Work Refers To Various Repair, Renewal, Maintenance And Modification Works As Well As Small Investments, The Costs Of Which Are Generally Below The Eu Threshold. The Following Is A Brief Breakdown Of Typical Tasks During The Contract Period:- Acting As The Main Implementer Of The Project (Management Duties According To Yse 98 § 4)- Work Management Tasks· Earthworks- Measurement Works Related To Earthworks- Green Building Works. The Contract Can Also Be Used To Order Other Small Works Related To Similar Works, Which Are Not Mentioned In This Document. The Framework Agreements To Be Concluded Do Not Give The Selected Contractors An Exclusive Right To Purchase The Services And Products Defined In The Agreement. The Customer Also Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities During The Contract Period. Work Is Mainly Performed As Hourly Work Based On Invoicing. The Customer Reserves The Right To Also Acquire Building Supplies And Materials Himself, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Install In Place.
