The Order Includes The Provision Of A Functional And Expandable Social Intranet As Well As The Implementation Of The Software Including Consulting And Training. There Are Currently No Comparable Solutions In Use. The Aim Of The Intranet Is To Make Knowledge That Was Previously Decentralized In The Organization Visible, Searchable And Usable In A Rights-Based Manner And To Improve Communication And Target Group-Specific Information. The Intranet Is Intended To Be A Central Entry Point For Daily Work For All Employees Of The City Of Löhne With A Business Device, Enabling Efficient And User-Friendly Task, Appointment, Project, Communication And Knowledge Management. The Software Should Have A Clear, Consistent Structure And Intuitive Operation Be Easy To Use For Editors And Users. The Tendering And Awarding Takes Place In A Two-Stage Process. In Stage 1 Of The Process, Price And Evaluation Criteria Are Weighted. A Maximum Of 30 Points Can Be Achieved Each Time. At Least Three Bidders With The Highest Point Value Based On Price And Evaluation Criteria Will Be Invited To A Product Presentation (Level 2). A Maximum Of 40 Points Can Be Awarded For The Product Presentation. The Offers Are Therefore Weighted According To The Following Rating: 30% Price 30% Evaluation Criteria 40% Product Presentation It Is Intended To Conclude An Evb-It Framework Agreement. It Reserves The Right Not To Consider Offers If There Are Findings That Question The Reliability Of The Order Execution (E.G. Entries In The Competition Register).
