As Part Of The Tender, A Private-Sector Operator Of Public Telecommunications Networks Is Sought For The Construction And Operation Of A Sustainable And High-Performance Telecommunications Network Infrastructure (Gigabit Network) Within The Meaning Of No. 3.1 Of The Gigabit Guideline 2.0 For Around 5,400 Underserved Addresses In The Stade District. Reliably Supplied With Bandwidths Of At Least 1 Gigabit/S Symmetrically. The Aim Of The Measure Is To Make It Possible To Connect The Still Underserved Subscribers In The Stade District Via A Gigabit Network By Granting Investment Aid In The Economic Gap Model. The Connection To The Gigabit Network Should Be Available To All Designated Subscribers, I.E. 100% Of The Subscriber Connections In The Expansion Area That Are Currently Underserved Within The Meaning Of The Gigabit Framework Regulation. Once The Network Has Been Expanded And Put Into Operation, Participants In The Expansion Area Should Have Access To A Transmission Rate Of At Least 1 Gbit/S Symmetrically (Downstream/Upstream).
