This Framework Agreement Is Broken Down Into 4 Lots, The Services Of Which Are Divided Into 3 Professions According To The Following Nomenclature: Lot 1 - Job 1 Maintenance And Total Guarantee Of Heating Equipment / Gas Dhw Lot 2 - Job 2 Maintenance And Total Guarantee Of Sanitary Ventilation Equipment Lot 3 - Job 3 Maintenance And Total Guarantee Of Plumbing And Faucet Equipment Lot 4 - Trades 1 And 3 Combined Maintenance And Total Guarantee Of Heating / Dhw Gas And Plumbing-Tap Equipment This Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of One (1) Year, From Notification Of The Contract, Tacitly Renewable Three (3) Times. The Absence Of Renewal Will Not Give Rise To Any Compensation For The Benefit Of The Holder. It Will End On December 31, 2030 Subject To The Termination Possibilities Indicated In This Ccp. The Estimated Start Date For Contracts Is January 1, 2027. Award Criteria: Reference Price 40 Points / Technical Value Of The Offer 60 Points
