The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Establish Up To Three Parallel Framework Agreements For Consultancy Assistance On Up To Three Sub-Contracts In The Ict And Analysis Field (Up To Three Framework Agreements Per Sub-Contract). The Framework Agreements Must Supplement And Complement The Clients Need For Consultancy Services Where Internal Staffing And Expertise Make External Assistance Necessary. The Suppliers Must Meet The Clients Needs For Consultancy Assistance In Daily Operations And Future Development Tasks In The Business. The Framework Agreements Are Non-Exclusive And Do Not Entail Any Obligation To Purchase.
