The Tax Advisory Services Relate To All Possible Tax Issues With The Municipal Government Or Affiliated Government Companies Or Subsidiaries, Including In Any Case In The Areas Of: - Corporate Tax; - Sales Tax (Including Vat Compensation Fund); - Wage Tax; - Transfer Tax. The Client Has A Tax Team Within The Organization That Provides Tax Advice To The Organization. This Team Has The Basic Tax Knowledge In-House And Takes Care Of The Preparation Of Tax Returns. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Support The Tax Team In The Areas Of: - Submitting Corporate Tax Returns; - Carrying Out An Annual Sample Report; - Natural Advisory Function: Sparring Partner Function In (Complex) Advice Questions; - Back-Up In Case Of Excessive Work Inventory. Every Year, The Contractor Is Asked To At Least Submit A Corporate Tax Return. For The Rest, The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide A Turnover Guarantee. The Actual Tax Advice Required Is Largely Dependent On Political, Economic, Social And Internal Developments. For The Other Work, The Tenderer Will Submit A Quotation/Cost Estimate At The Request Of The Municipality Prior To The Execution Of The Work. Lots This Assignment Is Not Divided Into Lots. Maximum Contract Value The Maximum Contract Value In The Context Of This Framework Agreement Is Set At € 240,000 Over The Term Of The Agreement, Including Extension Options. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Stated Amount. There Is No Purchase Obligation For The Client.
