Feasibility Study – Technical-Economic Documentation Development Services Stage Ii - Dali With Sf Component For The Investment Objective Szeged-Timișoara Dream Railway - Rohu00632. The Proposed Investment Objective Consists In Ensuring The Direct Railway Connection Between The Towns Of Timișoara (Ro) And Szeged (Hu). The Investment Aims To Create A Modern Infrastructure For Crossing The Romanian-Hungarian Border, Adapted To Current Cross-Border Mobility Requirements And Integrated Into The Regional Railway Network. At The Same Time, It Aims To Ensure A Direct Connection Between The Transport Networks Of The Two Eu Member States, In Order To Stimulate Economic, Social And Cultural Cooperation In The Border Area. The Designed Railway Infrastructure Will Include The Following Elements: The Construction Of The Cross-Border Bridge Over The Mureș River, Between Its Dykes, In Case The Chosen Route Option Will Require The Construction Of A Cross-Border Bridge; O On The Territory Of Romania:  The Rehabilitation Of The Existing Railway Infrastructure And/Or The Creation Of New Railway Infrastructure With Their Electrification And Centralization;  Making Works Of Art (Bridges/Passages, Decks, Retaining Walls, Etc.);  Rehabilitation / Construction Of Railway Facilities (Electrical Traction Stations, Scb Type Facilities, Etc.);  The Modernization Of Level Crossings With The Railway And The Creation Of Uneven Passages At The Intersection Of The Railway Line With National Roads. Summary Of Services The Summary Of Activities, Investigations, Design Services, Analyses, Evaluations, Studies, Etc., That The Provider Will Carry Out, In Order To Develop The Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Ii Dali Stage With A Sf Component, Will Include (Without Limitation) The Following: O Analysis Of The Legislation And Regulations In Force; O Obtaining The Urban Planning Certificate And The Approvals/Agreements According To The Cu; O Elaboration Of The Technical Expertise Of The Existing Railway Infrastructure; O Elaboration Of The Study On Railway Traffic; O Elaboration Of The Multi-Criteria Analysis (Mca) Regarding Route Alternatives; O Carrying Out Field Investigations, By Preparing:  Topographic Survey;  Geotechnical Study;  Hydrological, Hydrogeological And Hydraulic Study;  Pedological Study;  Documentation Regarding Land Occupation (Identification Of The Owners, Of The Land Areas Affected By The Work). O Ensuring The Environmental Impact Assessment Procedure, By Carrying Out All The Specialized Studies Requested By The Competent Environmental Authority, Participating In Public Consultations And Obtaining The Environmental Agreement; O Elaboration Of D.A.L.I. With Sf Component; O Elaboration Of The Cost-Benefit Analysis And The Financial Model; The Above List Of Specialized Studies Is Not Exhaustive And Can Be Completed With Other Specialized Studies Mentioned In The Urban Planning Certificate Or Identified As Mandatory By The Provider. The Services That The Provider Will Perform Will Be In Accordance With The Specifications And The Documentation Posted In Seap, Respecting The Applicability Of The Relevant Legislation And Regulations
