Aau Has A Unified Cts Platform That Covers The Universitys Three Campuses In Aalborg, Esbjerg And Copenhagen. The System Consists Entirely Of Schneider Electric Ecostruxure Building Operation (Ebo) As The Main Station. The Cts Platform Is Established In Aaus Own Virtual Server Environment. The Platform Consists Of A Total Of Approx. 200 Automation Servers (As), 1029 Xenta Centrals And Approx. 20 Sigma Centrals, Which Cover A Total Building Stock Of Approx. 235,000 M² Distributed Over Approx. 63 Buildings. Campus Aalborg And Campus Esbjerg Use A Common Enterprise Server, While Campus Copenhagen Has Its Own - But All Main Stations Can Be Accessed Across Campuses Via A Single Login And User Administration Through Aaus Identity Management System. The Cts Systems Control And Monitor The Universitys Ventilation, Heating, Cooling And Lighting Systems, As Well As Fire Alarms, Emergency Functions And Other Critical Technical Systems. It Includes I.A. Supplies For Data Centers, Animal Stables, Research Equipment And Installations With Special Operational And Safety Requirements. At The Same Time, The System Functions As A Central Tool For Energy Monitoring, Error Prevention And Optimization Of Operations, And Thus Supports Aaus Objective Of A Sustainable, Efficient And Standardized Building Operation Across All Campuses. With This Tender, Aau Wishes To Enter Into An Agreement With A Primary And Secondary Actor For The Performance Of The Following Services: A. Cts Work Consisting Of Service, Maintenance And Updating Of All Aaus Cts Installations Of The Schneider Brand Incl. Both Software And Hardware. Software Upgrade And Update Must Be Done To The Latest Ecostruxure Building Operation Version At All Times And Min. Once A Year. B. Cts Contracting Tasks, E.G. In Connection With New Construction, Conversion And Renovation Projects As Well As Other Technical Projects. C. Support On Aaus Cts Platform In The Form Of Round-The-Clock Technical Remote Support With The Option Of Physical Support On Call (Urgent Tasks). The Support Must Cover All Aaus Locations And Cts Facilities Incl. Both Platform, Software And Hardware. Services According To The Agreement Are Performed By The Primary Supplier As A Starting Point, However, Performance Of Services By The Secondary Supplier May Become Relevant In The Following Situations: • If The Primary Supplier Cannot Perform A Service As A Result Of Temporary Obstacles, Such As A Lack Of Manpower Or Other, The Order May Go To The Secondary Supplier Instead. • If Aau Has Set A Deadline For Completion Of A Specific Task, And The Primary Supplier Cannot Offer To Perform The Service Before The Deadline Set By Aau, The Service Can Be Performed By The Secondary Supplier Instead. • If The Primary Supplier Materially Breaches The Agreement, Aau May Terminate The Agreement With This Supplier, After Which The Secondary Supplier Becomes The Primary Supplier Of All Services Under The Agreement. The Situations Described Cover The Fact That Aau Wants A Permanent Business Partner In The Form Of A Primary Supplier Who Can Not Only Perform Service And Maintenance
