The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Defined Fees, Network Services And Excise Tax, Which Will Be Paid By The Employer To The Contractor. A Contract For Combined Services Will Be Concluded With The Contractor In The Sense Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Ptee (Rules For Trading In Electric Energy).
