Sirens - Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of An Alarm System In The Biała Piska Commune In Connection With The Implementation Of A Task Co-Financed Under The Interreg Vi-A Lithuania - Poland 2021-2027 Program. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of 24 Alarm Sirens Along With The Construction Of An Independent Alarm System In The Biała Piska Commune. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified And Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Ready Together: Crisis Management In Border Municipalities Co-Financed By The Interreg Vi - A Lithuania - Poland 2021-2027 Program. 4. Equivalent Solutions. The Ordering Party Informs That The Types And Symbols Of Materials Or Devices And Possible Names Of Their Producers Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In Order To Specify The Parameters And Technical And Operational Conditions Of The Subject Of The Order. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Swz, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Swz. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate That The Devices And Materials He Uses Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Failure To Demonstrate Equivalent Materials Or Devices Will Be Treated As A Declaration Of Delivery Of Materials And Devices Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. (Please Attach Document(S) Confirming That The Equivalent Offer Meets The Requested Parameters). In Case Of Doubts Regarding The Equivalence Of The Offered Products, The Ordering Party Will Call On The Contractor To Submit Explanations Regarding The Content Of The Offer Within The Specified Deadline.
