The Construction Project Is To Be Built As A Single-Story New Building Consisting Of Three Buildings On Römerstrasse South Of Nienbrügger Berg In 59065 Hamm. The Main Building Is To Be Built To The Efficienhaus 40 Standard. A Wooden Structure With A Wooden Facade Is Planned. A Pv System In Combination With A Green Roof Is Planned On The Flat Roof. The Technology On The Roof Should Be Dimensioned So That It Does Not Visually Protrude Beyond The Parapet. The Drainage Is Routed Through The Parapet And Drained Through Downpipes On The Facade.
